Good exprriance
They are great! Low interest rates, awesome customer service and free lollipops! The service is personal and they have a familial vibe, since members are firefighters and their families.
Locks me out regularly
The app is in serious need of streamlining. I use the fingerprint option on my smartphone and in order to log in I have to select two drop boxes, apply my finger then select a "confirm" box. The technology exists to avoid all these steps!
Ease of use.
Horrible app. Old one was way better.
App needs work on newer devices. Never had a problem on my old galaxy but ever since I got a new phone some tabs like "pay my bills" do not function and the app will close 90 percent of the time I open the camera to take photos of a check. Please fix this.
